We have great systems for cleaning houses, but where we really beat the competition is in compliance, which also includes checking our own house cleaners‘ work.
Today (July 2020), we have 11 Managers Who Clean. Each checks three to five houses per week; this allows us to get a pretty good idea about consistency across teams, and it forms an important basis for evaluating our Team Leaders.
