Since adding a second human boy to the house, we frequently have grandparents and other family coming for a visit. There isn’t enough time in the day to change diapers AND making the house visitor-ready. 5280 is our reliable, go-to local company to get things spotless and dust-free! Our last visit was no different; the kitchen appliances are stainless again, minus the tiny handprints and water marks, the toilets glisten (tempted to give our son a bath in there they’re so clean looking!) and somehow they magically fluff the carpet so it feels new again- it looks more cozy than a mattress! Amazing TEAM and Amazing cleaning service. We had an excellent experience as always with Isabelle and Jessica Team 5. They are top notch cleaners who are thourough and care about your home. If you want your home spotless these gals and this company are rock solid. I will never use any other company ever again. I love 5280 Housecleaning. It may not be the cheapest service in town but YOU get what you pay for. It is fair and they are always on time. This company strives for a great reputation. They want you to have a great experience overtime. They don’t slack off like most cleaners they actually clean more.
This makes my life so much easier. I appreciate that the same people work on the house each time. I look forward to how the couch looks after the cleaning… I like seeing the vacuum marks on the back of the couch. Plus keeping the fridge looking great is something I didn’t expect. So thorough.

Yesterday was the second visit from the ladies and they did not disappoint. After the initial clean (it was unbelievable the things they found to clean!), I was equally impressed by the follow up visit. Love 5280! They do the best job every month.
We have 2 little kids and they can do a number on our house, but 5280 always does a great job: vacuuming floors, couches. Cleaning kitchen: stove, fridge. Dusting.
We have 3 floors and a basement and they are very efficient and do a great job every time. I’ve never been disappointed. Other places have been hit and miss with each clean, 5280 is dependable and does a great job every time!

So 5280 did it again.
Our house is under a bit of construction, getting new hardwood floors installed.
The service was willing to come the week after they normally do and still clean around our disorganized house.

We had another visit from the hardworking crews of 5280. We left the house with winter mud footprints, defeated carpet, and a chaotic refrigerator. We returned home from work that night and the footprints had all been returned outside, the carpet had been re-inflated, and even the inside of the refrigerator was cleaned! Another job done right. Every time the ladies come to clean it never ceases to amaze me. Everything is spotless.

Today was another Perfect 10 by 5280 House Cleaning! Each time they come to our house, we really think that THIS will be the visit that they just can’t get things sparkly and spotless. This visit, we had not had them out in about 5 months. ALSO we have had our basement being worked on, which included sanding drywall and generally creating a monster mess. My wife and I had been trying to dust and keep things clean, but with our new kid, time was something we didn’t have. Well, today didn’t disappoint. Two ladies showed up ready to $@!#% some dust! They were both very friendly, and got to work the moment they walked in the door. They worked HARD- I mean seriously, we had quite the unclean house. I took my daughter for a long walk, ran some errands, and when I returned the two super-human cleaners were gone- and they took all of our dust! The tubs, tiles and sinks all shined, our toilets could probably be eaten out of (we are not going to try), and the carpet was fluffy enough to take a nap on. THANK YOU AGAIN 5280!! Each cleaning service I have had by a different crew has been excellent. Today’s crew did an excellent job as well. The crew came to our house yesterday and they once again did an outstanding job!

Another great job by 5280 Housecleaning! We had gone almost two months since our previous cleaning, and we were long overdue! Dust was piling up, the carpet had lost it’s fluff, and the chrome in the shower was chromeless! Plus, we have a newborn, so getting the house back to clean was important. We called 5280 and they were out at our house in under 48 hours!! They destroyed the dust (finger check revealed dust was now extinct in our house!), the carpet was as fluffy as a sheep ready to sheer, and the chrome was so shiny in the bathroom that we thought about ordering some sunglasses for our showers! Every corner, nicknack, and crack was spotless. WOWSAHS. My wife was home for their visit and confirmed that two superhuman women worked their hearts out to get our house back to top-notch condition (I have repeatedly claimed they must send 50 people to get our house THIS clean!). Our Cleaners come once a month and it is always the best day to come home to a fresh clean house.
I wish I could have them come more frequently and have been thinking of increasing my cleaning frequency.
Our house smells clean and fresh for at least a week after they’ve gone.
This time our refrigerator really needed help as well as our stove and they did an outstanding job on both.
The bathrooms always look great after they’ve been here and their vacuums are far superior to mine.
My parents were also here and the cleaners were very friendly and professional and worked around where my parents were staying.

The crew arrived later in the day this time, but still left nothing undone. From cleaning our bathrooms, all floors and kitchen surfaces, to cleaning inside and outside our fridge and scrubbing down our stovetop and window sills. They even take out all of our garbages and the recycling (and they didn’t throw away the garbage bag in the recycling bin, they separated that out and used it for garbage, thanks so much!) Our crew is so conscientious and makes up all the beds, straightens our laundry room and cleans the insides of our windows. We are so happy with 5280, worth every penny.
The ladies are consistently doing a great job. I have never had a cleaning company that pays attention to details each and every time they clean.
I am starting to lose count with the number of times I have used 5280 House Cleaning- I think this is the 6th time? You would have thought that there would have been a plateau by now on their ability to outdo themselves each visit as far as a great job goes, but they are always leaving me amazed! This time, I noticed they even cleaned the dryer filter… who does that!!?? I thought they were robots or something to get the house THIS clean, but they were actually leaving as I was pulling into my driveway. They are HUMAN! I almost crashed the car when I saw them, because I do not know how three humans can possibly get my house looking this great without being here for a full week. Five stars again. I believe in 5280 Housecleaning. These are just some details:
–The sheets are washed and dried. The beds are made, with all the pillows singing, dusted and plumped up.
–The INSIDE of the refrigerator is cleaned! Needless to say, the outside is gleaming.
–Without my even asking, I saw one lady vacuum the carpet to the basement, with a backpack vacuum.
–I saw them vacuum WAY under the rugs, the way that I would do, with my German soul.
–Another lady was wiping the walls!
–The light switches are cleaned.
These ladies are modest. They don’t put on any airs. Nevertheless, they are my HEROINES!

My mind really wasn’t on the house today when I left but I knew that it needed a deep cleaning after all the activity of the holidays…the house guests, all the cooking, the sprinkles from the cookie decorating. What I was thinking about was the second funeral this week I had to attend and really couldn’t concentrate on much else. I left it all to Norma since she always seems to have my back. Without direction, she goes to work with her quiet entrance and makes everything right. Coming home after a tedious day, I was amazed at all she accomplished with Mariana. I felt comforted and at ease when I walked into the house at night after work to find everything in order and tidied up and so very clean. At the end of the day, everything seemed at peace and in place.
Norma and Mariana never leave me disappointed. My holiday clean was great (as usual) leaving me plenty of time for “the fun stuff”. Baking and decorating cookies left the kitchen in quite a state but you’d never know it after Team Norma did their magic. Hard working, diligent, attentive to details; it makes all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with 5280 House Cleaning. I have always had a good experience with them, and have been using them for a few years. My current team – Lupe and Olivia – are wonderful. They do a great job, are always on time, are very hardworking and efficient, and are incredibly pleasant to interact with.
Yet another excellent job by Teresa and her team!! Furniture including dog beds vacuumed, hardwoods that shine, all the blinds dusted and the sliding glass doors cleaned make me smile! What a huge blessing to come home to a wonderfully clean home, especially when I have company arriving for Thanksgiving. I am so appreciative!

Team 12 did an outstanding job cleaning my house on Thurs., Nov. 9. They were thorough and efficient. Everything was spotless, and the green products the company uses are terrific. I’d recommend 5280 House Cleaning to anyone.
Outstanding job by Teresa and her crew of 2 people! Attention to detail was amazing; all the “normal” cleaning was done and to add to it, they vacuumed the furniture including the dog beds, cleaned the inside of our refrigerator, put my shoes away in my closet, and swept off our front porch! All done and out in 90 minutes! Thank you!
Over the past 25 years, and in many locations we’ve used housecleaning services from a number of different providers. 5280 is by far the most thorough and professional service we’ve encountered. I highly recommend them.
My now-wife and I were days away from our wedding, with family arriving in just two days. We had just had our home’s windows worked on, which generated a lot of dust and seemed to be everywhere. We had used 5280 on two previous occasions, and could not think of anyone more reliable to get our house in order before our guests started arriving. We were not disappointed! The office was able to schedule a crew to come in before our guests arrived. Not only did they get the dust and carpets clean in view, even other areas, like behind the tv or under the couches were free of dust! Even the refrigerator shelves were cleaned. Seriously, how do you guys outdo yourself EACH visit!!?? As I have said before, you expect a first visit to be excellent, because they want repeat business. I would have expected the second visit to be less detailed- I was wrong. All three times we have used 5280 have proven to be the same detailed, reliable, consistently clean service as their first visit! This is one service we use where we feel like we get our value for the dollar. Thank you very much, 5280!

I think reading this review is worth your time, because this is not the first, but SECOND time 5280 House Cleaning has cleaned our home. Sure, the first cleaning was incredible- but of course any company will do a great job the first time… it’s the following visits that count. My complaint about this second visit? They are TOO GOOD! Now we are going to have to use them all the time!
I don’t mind cleaning, so it takes a lot for me to justify having someone else clean our home. BUT, my fiancée and I are getting married in a few weeks. We already work long hours, so throwing in wedding planning and out of town guests arriving, we simply did not have the time. The time they save us is invaluable. We don’t enjoy losing a half day of our weekend cleaning for one- this is Colorado and there’s stuff to do! -But the main thing is I admit, they do such a better job than we can. They are “Green Clean” certified and don’t use the chemical cleaners that I do, so Ma’Nature appreciates them, too.
Just like their last cleaning, I think my fiancée was about to throw something at me, because I kept running around the house yelling, “They even cleaned under the bed!”, “They got rid of the fingerprints!… they dusted the chair legs, and the small collector soldiers!” “They even cleaned x…y, and z!”… tidying up the hung towels, fluffing bath rugs, making those little triangles on the toiletpaper rolls… we had cut grass on our front sidewalk, and I assume they swept that so we didn’t track grass into the house when we got home. I do the “finger run” test and could not find any dust, ANYWHERE. Mirrors and tiles looked new, I don’t know how they get the carpet fluffy like that, it must be secret robots or something. That is nuts. Old houses have lots of nooks, corners and crannies- the difference with ours is none of them are full of dust!

We had a cleaning company no-show for a post construction/remodel clean. The tenants were due to move in at 4:00 pm. We panicked. I called 5280 House Cleaning. They had a team onsite within 1 hour and they called in two more team members to help so we could meet our deadline. The team of 4 did an excellent job. The house looked amazing and was ready for tenants by 4:00 pm. Thank you for your quick response, hard work, and for taking initiative in bringing in more help so we could meet our deadline. Teresa and her team are ALWAYS AMAZING! We have been using 5280 Housecleaning for 3 months now-biweekly. Teresa has been the team leader since the very first visit and her team cleans thoroughly each and every time. I am very particular about the cleanliness of our home and that’s probably an understatement!! I was very hesitant to even hire a cleaning company as I have never found one that did a great job…until now! In addition to her STELLAR cleaning,TODAY, Teresa found one of our bathroom faucet fixtures leaking-so much so that everything underneath the sink was totally soaked and there was water standing. OH MY GOSH, she saved us! That particular bathroom only gets used maybe on a weekend. I don’t want to imagine what could have happened. THANK YOU, TERESA! You really saved the day!! After two very thorough holiday cleanings, because of all the cooking I’ve done, my kitchen needed a deep clean and it received one! So nice to have things fresh for the new year especially after all the decorations are down and have been put away. I’ve just had a second cleaning, which I consider the test (first is usually good). I greeted the housekeepers and then left them in my home to do their thing. They arrive with everything that they need to clean. But amazingly then they remove their street shoes and put on house clogs and knee pads! Knee pads? Because they scrub floors! My team #25, with Susana and Cristina, are the best!
Susanna with her teammate always does a consistent clean on my home. Susanna is a hard worker and eager to please and sees to it that my home is cleaned the way I want it. Today Team 25, Suzanne and Olivia, cleaned my house. Not only were they thorough but thoughtful as well. I was pleased that every nook and cranny in the house was cleaned and thrilled that they took on polishing the silver as well! My area rugs were rolled up so that the floor beneath could be washed. The cleaners used HEPA backpack vacuums so not furniture or walls were in danger. This was my first cleaning with 5280 but it won’t be my last!
Nora and Norma cleaned our house for us last week. I really appreciate the job they did. Everything was done very well and our place was sparkling when done. Today was the second time I’ve had this service clean my home. They were outstanding the first time so I had high expectations. Well, they surpassed those high expectations when they vacuumed the rock facade of my fireplace! They leave nothing undone! Very happy with this service!

We have been using 5280 for several months now. Their recurring booking process is super easy. And, the few times our apartment office has been closed unexpectedly our cleaning team has been so accommodating– someone from the 5280 office phoned me, and the team came back later to do the job. (I really didn’t expect them to but they did.). Also, the cleaning job itself is always great. It is such a pleasure to come home after the team has been through our apartment. It is not a huge space, and it is clear they use their full time to get into the details if they finish the big things early. We have a dog who sheds a lot, and they manage to get rid of the hair from everything. Thanks for a great experience!

I just came home and can’t believe this is my house. It is greatly humbling to walk into your own home and see how nice it can look. I literally just took pictures to try and remember that it can look like this! In addition to a thorough clean, there are so many little touches that are so thoughtful. Our regular team on vacation, this team was wonderful as well. 5280 is by far one of the best.
Truly these women make my life easier and life more manageable. The holidays are more enjoyable because I can concentrate on things other than cleaning and I’m not scrambling at the last minute to clean something that I had forgotten the first time–my team never forgets!
There are always such welcome surprises. Today I was in the midst of making a bed and ran to the laundry room to put a load of sheets in. When I returned the bed was already made by my team! Not only made but fancy patterns on the fleece coverlet at the bottom of the bed!
Special requests accommodated…how great it will be to have a clean oven for baking that Easter ham! Tile grout scrubbed…fixtures gently shined…how often do we get everything we ask for?! I did today!

I am so thankful for the great work Susanna and Beatrice did cleaning my house recently. As a mom of three young children and a fourth on the way, I have little time for deep cleaning. They found things to clean I didn’t even expect…like the inside of my fridge, the blinds behind my kitchen sink, and all the windows in my children’s rooms! Wow! They did such a great job! My children had piled blankets and stuffed animals on the beds in preparation for the cleaning, but I didn’t even expect that these wonderful ladies would fold all the blankets and neatly arrange the stuffed animals on my kids’ beds. This house cleaning was a gift to me from some family members. The two cleaners did a wonderful job, above and beyond my expectations. I have never had my house cleaned by professional cleaners but decided it was about time to experience what it feels like. Did some research on line and came up with 5280housecleaning. This past Monday, two wonderful ladies came to my home and got to work. They were amazing! These two worked so hard and didn’t get distracted from their attention to my home. They were kind and so accommodating as I work from home. They found places where dirt was hiding that I didn’t even know about! My home feels like HOME….and I could not be more happy! I have a 2.5 bedroom, 1.5 bath house with a basement and they (Juana and Carlina I believe were there names) worked so hard they were out of breath at times! They made sure to be diligent and ask me if each room was okay before they moved onto the next. Our house was a mess, now it’s so clean I don’t recognize it. Reasonable prices (although I haven’t really used a cleaner before), but the two women worked their $@!#% off for 3 hours without a break! Highly recommend.

Isela & Carolina from 5280 Housecleaners cleaned my home today, and it’s the cleanest it’s been in years! They were punctual, courteous, and most importantly, very thorough. I couldn’t have done it better myself!
Rafaella and Beatrice are hard workers and completed all jobs to my satisfaction. They paid attention to my special requests and carried them out to my satisfaction. Usually I only have the team clean the common areas of my home. This past clean, however, they cleaned a room that they were not familiar with which contains family heirlooms/furniture and took special regard to ascertain that those items were well cared for. Being able to trust them to clean those special areas in my home allowed me to enjoy the holidays more. I am truly grateful for their help!

The ladies that come clean our house (Eva, Marlene, and Leslye) are amazing. On the day they arrive to clean, they are absolutely my favorite people in the world. They are incredibly polite, very efficient, very thorough and accommodating! We have finicky wood floors that require steam cleaning (vinegar will warp them) and rugs that require the hand vacuum. It doesn’t matter. Our house is still shiny and clean when they finish and they’re always smiling and cheery. Hands down the best cleaning service I’ve ever used.

I highly recommend 5280. My crew (Hilda and Cecelia) are totally awesome and leave the place spotless.
I used 5280 HouseCleaning for the first time and was very impressed with the professionalism of the team that came to my house. I will definitely recommend them to my friends!
I have always used independent cleaners. But then, during the time they were here (they were from Eastern Europe and I guess did not think I would figure it out), one of the cleaners tried to use the credit card I left on the counter. Luckily, the huge charges were declined because I never shop there. I decided then and there I wanted an insured, bonded, professional company. 5280 called me back within a few minutes and sent a team of three over the same day. Juana and Jennifer are amazing. They showed me the tops of fans, vents, baseboards and dozens of nasty things that had not been cleaned in years. Juana was wonderful helping me with my Spanish. When I got stuck, Jennifer piped in. The cost to clean my 6,000+ square foot house was not inexpensive the first two times, but I have never wanted to tip two cleaners as much as I wanted to tip Juana and Jennifer. They never stopped, there was no gabbing on the cell phone (a constant problem with other companies) and they have great attitudes. They are now my permanent cleaners. I only want Juana and Jennifer to clean for me! The best compliment of all: My 11 year old son noticed the house was cleaned!
We have three dogs, a cat, and a wild toddler, which means our house is a challenge to clean! Anna and Alma O. did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them and will ask for them again.

My team did a good job, as they usually do- my only concern is that my team keeps changing. I really liked the team member that I had for the last few cleans, but she has apparently switched teams.
Several times, I’ve been so completely satisfied and happy with the results. They have gotten all areas (and sometimes more) than I would have gotten myself.
Other times (2 out of 6), I’ve been pretty disappointed. I hoping the trend will stay on the positive side, because I really like the company and the service.

Lupe, Swanee and Daisy did a fantastic job today (as always). I love this team! This is the third time Swanee and Lupe have cleaned here and they are amazing. Daisy is a wonderful addition. They work so well together and are pleasant, professional and truly aim to please.
Last time Swanee cleaned the master bath shower she got a spot near the ceiling that no other person (including me!) was ever able to reach, let alone clean…but Swanee got it! And you can tell Lupe has years of experience…she sizes up the job and goes to it in the wink of an eye.
I have a special event coming up at my home and I’ve been wondering how I was ever going to be able to get the entire house ready. I had the team clean rooms that I never feel comfortable letting anyone else clean because of the antiques, heirlooms, etc. It was if they had done these two rooms routinely. I asked them to vacuum the floors and oriental rugs which I usually entrust to no one; the next thing I know the floors are being wet mopped and/or cleaned on hands and knees in the tight spots. So much stress lifted from my weekend! They hustled and cleaned their way right out of the house!

Maria Treto and Glenda Montes spent five hours in my boyfriend’s Capital Hill home which I believe has not been deep cleaned in the seven years he has lived here. They were incredibly professional and thorough, working steadily and without pause the entire time they were here. This was my third time using 5280’s services and once again they did not disappoint. The women who showed up were prompt, very polite, fast and even nice to my dog. Standing on chairs to clean hard-to-reach light fixtures, wiping every section of the blinds, making the bed and cleaning the baseboards and the burner tops on the stove were just some of the highlights. I’m always so impressed with the thoroughness. My house is sparkling and it feels so nice to just sit and relax in such a clean space! I was very pleasently surprised by the cleaning team (Yolanda and Dellis) that came by for my first clean on 7/24. I have used a couple of services in the past year and have been underwhelmed, however 5280’s team was great. They were very detail oriented and they did most of the cleaning by hand (floors, baseboards, fan blades, etc). 5280 is a bit more than the other services I have used in the past, but the quality of work surpassed the increase in price in value! The team was super sweet and polite. Too bad I need to move to odd weeks, as this cleaning team isn’t availble on odd weeks! I have high hopes that new cleaning team will be as wonderful as Yolanda and Dellis were! Cheers!
Ana and Saray just left after cleaning our home about five minutes ago. I was so impressed (as usual) after walking through the house that I felt like I just had to let everyone know what a good job they’d done this week. Im looking for the owrds to write about these ladies and all the usual 5* come to mind. Professional, organized to the hilt both of them. A good team. My first with this company and so very pleased. Swooped in and after a remodel it was so dusty and horrible I cant describe. These ladies did our wood floors with attention to them like Ive never seen. Bathrooms perfect, corners and ledges. What really got me is that Juana went to the dog beds that had towels on the cushions and she took them outside and shook out. I was amazed. Nothing was missed. THAT for some crazy reason was a great thing to do for me and appreciated it. Thank you both for a truly terrific job,

My regular team leader was on vacation for my last clean, on Jan 27, so I had a new team. It was their first time coming to my house- I was a little nervous, but they did a fantastic job! It is so nice to have that consistency, even if you need to change your day or get a new team for a different reason, you can still expect a great job!
We have a lot of animals so our house is always a challenge for cleaners. The 5280 cleaners always do a great job and they’re nice to our pets.
I am so pleased with my team! They move furniture to clean underneath and have cleaned things that have been missed in the past…. They even stopped the ceiling fans to dust them which is a first for your service. Please continue to send Mariana and Tecia every time- they are wonderful!

I’ve had regular cleanings (biweekly) since 9/2013- my team leader is great! Team has been doing a great job overall, although a couple of things have been missed the last few times, different each time but nothing big. I still appreciate their hard work and consistency!
I’m a bit of a snob about my hardwood floors. I’m extremely particular about cleanliness and having just the right shine to the floors. Team#4 gets it right every time! Even without specific instructions from me, they manage to deliver a consistently good job. The house was in great shape to show off to guests for the holidays.
I have been using 5280 for a year and a half, and have been very pleased. Their “regular” cleans are very detailed, and when something needs an extra clean (or doesn’t need to be cleaned) it’s very easy to modify by calling. We also moved recently, and both the move-out and move-in cleans made both places sparkle!
Always prompt and the first thing the team leader does is ask if I have any special requests. They are always happy to oblige.
Roxanna, Lupe and Jessica did a most excellent job on my house. I have guests coming to stay for Christmas and the ladies really made my place terrific. I’ll definitely have this team back again.

Alma and Yesenia were back to clean my home and it looks amazing! I’m so happy to have them clean my home. The tops of my showers, the cabinets, EVERYTHING is cleaned and is so beautiful. I highly recommend 5280 House Cleaning to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.
I was a bit nervous about trying a cleaning service, as I have had an individual cleaner for about 10 years. There were 3 women who arrived, on time, great attitudes- totally put me at ease. My house is baseline pretty clean, since I have had weekly cleaning for years. However, they really impressed me with the floors- my carpets are so fluffy and look new, and my wood floor looks and feels better than it has in many years. These ladies worked very hard, here for a total of almost 14 hours- great attitude until the end. Very happy with the job they did!

I wish I knew the ladies names that cleaned my house last Friday (I wasn’t home at the time) because they did an awesome job! I don’t think my house has been this clean in years. All the floors including the corners and baseboards were spotless…and they were pretty nasty…so great since I have a 14-mo old who is on the floor all the time! They even got some grime off the showers and the stovetop that I thought was impossible. It was so nice to come home on a Friday and relax and know I didn’t have to spend my weekend worrying about dusting and vacuuming, etc. I will call again. THANK YOU!

Week after week I get reliable excellent housecleaning. I have two small children and two parrots, so my house is a mess by the time Tuesday comes around. But when I come home from work on Tuesday evenings, I can count on a gorgeous house waiting for me. Shiny counters, clean bathroom, perfect floors. I love that we have an unspoken agreement — I get my sheets in the washer before I go to work, and they get my sheets dried and on the bed. There is nothing quite as nice as clean sheets. And my kids’ rooms? They look great, which is wonderful even if it only lasts a day. 🙂 They are a bit expensive, but I think they are worth the extra $. They’re honest and they do a great job!

I just had my monthly clean for the house today and the team exceeded my expectations once again. I was in a rush when the team arrived and was initially a bit disappointed that it was a new team of folks I have never met before. While I took the extra few minutes to provide specific instructions and answer questions I needed to get out the door and left my bedroom in a bit of a disarray. But none of this fazed the team. Since I move to Denver I have been trying couple housecleaning companies. After 8 month of try and give up I found the 5280 housecleaning. I am so fortunate that the crew they sent to my house is lead by Mayra. I cannot be happier. The house is a mirror after they clean. I LOVE IT and as I told a friend, I would give up food for their service.
As usual, the teams did a fantastic and thorough job cleaning my house the past few visits (I’m set up for once a month cleanings). They occupy the full 3 hours and do not rush anything. They continue to make me a happy customer!
The ladies from 5280 go over and above my very high expectations. My house is always neat and clean, but they take care of all the details I hate to do on a regular basis. I love it that I can leave the house to them and never worry about my cats or my house.

They always clean my room first so I can get back in bed while they clean the rest of the house. I am always very pleased with the results of the clean. I would highly recommend this company. I recently had Raquel and Gema out to clean my house. Admittedly, I’m not the best housekeeper, so when the ladies showed up, they had their work cut out for them. Last minute I called and they had a great team of 3 to my house in Highlands Ranch yesterday afternoon and worked for 2 hrs and did a wonderful job yet again. Blinds dusted, leather wiped, everything looks spotless.
Cleaners Alma R. and Sylvia R. did a remarkable job (as have all the others before them)! Even without special requests, your employees clean in places that no other cleaners have cleaned before.
I used to be a professional housecleaner myself, so I know what to look for, and I’m extremely impressed. I would recommend you guys to anyone… the best part is that your pricing is in the same ball-park (& in some cases, cheaper) as other companies who are not as thorough.
Your flexibility in frequency of cleanings is perfect for me, since I can’t afford weekly or even bi-weekly cleans. I’m about to use a gift certificate from 5280 as a present for my elderly mother… a perfect gift for her!

5280 is great..they are fast, efficient, and leave my whole house cleaner than it has ever been! Very happy with them, no matter what team shows up, it’s cleaned consistently every time.
I am long overdue in writing this review. My team leader is Cynthia and she and her crew always do a great job. They are the only cleaners I’ve had who did it right the very first time they came and keep doing it right every time. The only reason I would hesitate to recco is the price tag. A bit steep for me, but I guess you get what you pay for:)

Just had all 5 levels of my house cleaned by Mayra and Sandra and I couldn’t be happier. They brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuums, which I was happy about because that’s not always the case with cleaning services. I’m very particular about glass and steel surfaces in my home and they met my standards. They even cleaned my window treatments and hand-mopped the floors. I’m in the process of selling my home so I wanted a thorough cleaning and they were great. They were also very friendly and in good spirits the entire time they were cleaning (and never once complained about how many stairs I have). I would definitely recommend them again!
Alma & her team of 2 other women came and deep cleaned my house next week. They did a wonderful job and I’m having them back out this week to do some touch up cleaning. They listened to all that I wanted done and were very easy to work with. I’m very impressed.

My house was cleaned top to bottom like never before. I’ve had other cleaners but 5280 really does clean. Hardwood floors were hand cleaned, floorboards, picture frames, cabinet doors, tops of cabinets, shutters, EVERYTHING was cleaned and cleaned amazingly so. I keep a kosher kitchen and they were willing to learn what to do to clean in the kitchen as well as ask questions instead of assuming. 5280 works very well for me and I would highly recommend to everyone.
The company is very accommodating and receptive to feedback I have given. I usually have 3 ladies come but lately it has been two. I like the consistency of having the same two out of three ladies come to the house. I did request this through the office. I love the two ladies who clean my house. They have done a superb job.

As Alma and Carol arrived this morning I started thinking about what a great pleasure to know that my house will be sparkling in just a few hours. Alma is so conscientious and caring. Both she and Carol are friendly and warm but they are at the same time very intent on doing their jobs in a timely efficient manner. Next week they will be coming the day after Thanksgiving. I know they will make the house look like the extensive cooking and less than tidy guests never happened. Now that’s a reason to give thanks!
The two maids that cleaned our house had a great attitude, brought an enormous amount of supplies, cleaned with green products only and did a fantastic job. Some companies send their best on the first go around so I am curious to see if they are able to maintain this level. Been burned by Molly Maids and other who do shoddy work at best. Overall, a great experience!

Hobita (s/p?) and Carol cleaned my home on Wednesday, October 31st. They were very thorough and paid attention to deep cleaning the areas that needed them most. We were thinking about having a regular cleaning service and thought we’d try a few services out. However after seeing how well thus team did, we signed up for an every two week service right away! Their prices are very reasonable and especially for the great job they do. And Hannah in the office is very nice and extremely easy to work with. Thank you!!
This was the first time my house was to be professionally cleaned and I really didn’t know what to expect. The team leader Alma, and the other 2 ladies showed up exactly on time and got right down to business. They were courteous and efficient. My house was quite dirty..and they cleaned it from top to bottom. I am very happy with the results..and I’m quite picky. Based on my experience with them, I plan on having 5280 clean my house on a regular bi-weekly basis. A little expensive, but worth it in my opinion.
Despite a mix-up with inadvertently not including our house for the scheduled recurring service for today, 5280 promptly sent a team to my house only 1 hour after I called to let them know no one showed up as scheduled. The team did a fantastic job!

I knew my new housekeeping service was a cut above when I came home to my kitchen, where even the lid to my countertop compost bin sparkled and shined. I’d run the stainless steel bucket and lid through my dishwasher, but 5280 must have polished it because the silver felt smooth and clean. Also, my former cleaning service charged extra to clean my porch, but 5280 includes the porch in my charge. One of the owners explained to me that keeping the porch clean helps keep the house clean. Today I had two incredibly friendly and sweet ladies clean from 5280 house cleaning and I was blown away by the job they did! I can’t even remember the last time our house was this clean! I have had 2 maintenance cleanings since my initial in-depth cleanings and continue to be impressed with the job my 5280 crew has done for us. There have been different crew members, but no decrease in excellence, and Rafaela has been the common thread so that totally minimized any additional orientation or familiarization required. I had high expectations after Christopher visited our home for an estimate, and I was definitely not disappointed. We required a deep customized cleaning because of a medical condition which required a high level of sanitizing. Our cleaning crew of 4 arrived at our home like Navy Seals on a mission and went to work with an incredible amount of elbow grease. Our stove was so bright white when Irma finished that I thought she had a new one delivered! Kitchen grease and dust buildup–gone. Inside refrigerator–sparkling. Blinds throughout the house–like new. This level of detail in completed work was the hallmark of each member of this enthusiastic and competent crew. They truly worked together like a well-oiled machine and met every request I made. Jessica was an impressive quality control manager with experienced organizational skills. Rafaela and Eva were thorough and hard-working. This team literally left no stone unturned. This was our first time using a cleaning service and we couldn’t be more pleased. Also, with the very personalized service from Hanna and Christopher. We have signed up for regular visits.
I wanted to let you know how wonderful your crew is. Between constant travel and a crazy work schedule, I simply was not prepared when the crew showed up. They were a couple of hours earlier than expected, and needless to say, the house was a mess. I like to keep things picked up for them so they have more time to clean the actual dirt, and not deal with our messiness.

I was skeptical after being dissatisfied with many cleaners. They cost more than I had been paying, but now I know why and it’s worth it! Not only did they clean as well as I do on normal things- they do all sorts of extras I don’t expect my cleaner to do. I am so happy. This is the only company that ever cleaned as well and better than I do. We finally took the plunge and hired 5280 Housecleaning, because our house is old and we have a large (hairy) dog and we can’t keep up with keeping the house as clean as we’d like. I was SO impressed with 5280 Housecleaning. Not only were they friendly and efficient, but SO thorough. Beyond the regular cleaning stuff that you’d expect, they even fixed our squeaky fridge door and totally cleaned the inside of the entire fridge. They cleaned our dog’s food bowls. They were down on their hands on knees cleaning the floors, and got under all of the big furniture. They dusted off my Christmas decorations. They scrubbed our chandelier. They scrubbed the doors and baseboards. They cleaned my iPad cover & screen! It was seriously amazing. We’ve hired them to come every 2 weeks, and now that we have hired professionals I don’t think we can ever go back.

We had 5280 to our house last week for the first time. I have had many cleaning people in the past I was happy with. I had no idea what I was missing! The difference between your average house keeper and 5280 is night and day. They cleaned things in my house that haven’t been touched for 10 years. On top of cabinets, under beds, behind furniture. They did the entire house’s baseboards with a toothbrush…seriously. These guys don’t just come in and spruce up your bathrooms and kitchen, they really get to the details. In our neighborhood, where the houses are 100 years old, this is the kind of cleaning you need to really keep things in shape. Thanks 5280!!!

They were so thorough! I was surprised to find that the refrigerator was cleaned inside and out, windows, shades, and even the from door! My bedroom has not looked this clean in years! I can’t say enough great things about the service. I also want to mention their honesty. They found $24. In cash somewhere near my dresser and placed it on top. I had no doubt about trusting the cleaners in my home but this was such an act of integrity. I would recommend this service (and already have) to anyone considering a housekeeping service.
I had 5280 house cleaning come after I had had a party and the house has never looked better. They cleaned every surface; light fixtures, windows, baseboards, the interior of the fridge. They brought all their own (green) supplies and were very gracious. I also appreciated that they spoke very good English and were responsive when I verified that they would vacuum upholstery etc.
One week later and the house still looks great. And an added bonus is that my allergies have cleared up. They also provided a fixed bid for future visits so I can limit the cost. I can’t wait for the next time they come.

I was blown away by the attention to detail and thoroughness of the crew – they were extremely professional and unobtrusive. They went so far as to clean the inside of cabinet handles, between the slats on cabinet doors, and shine all the table tops to the point where my husband was extremely impressed as well. 5280 House Cleaning consistently clean deeper and more thoroughly than any other service I’ve ever tried. They hand-wash my kitchen and bathroom floors. My shower corners and baseboards are always clean. They vacuum the edges of my carpets, and actually move things when they dust and clean!
They are dependable. They don’t make me sign a contract, so I can cancel a service the day before my assigned clean without a penalty, or even quit at anytime. When I call the office, I speak with one of the owners of the company. They are always kind and considerate, and they make me promises and then actually keep them.
They use green products to clean my home, and that translates to a healthier home for my family.

First of all, they were able to accomodate my schedule. They were able to come on short notice when I was in a pinch expecting company.
The cleaning took a little bit longer than I planned, but let’s face it with all the dust in Colorado my place needed the extra attention and the girls were VERY thorough in their cleaning.
